Any person who tends to make, makes or has in his possession any one or more obscene writings, drawings, prints, paintings, printed issue, images, posters, emblems, photos, cinematograph movies or some other item tending to corrupt morals is responsible of the misdemeanour and it is liable to imprisonment for 5 years or into a fine of not fewer tha
